If you didn’t received the goods in 50 days ( 10% rate for Russia & Brazil), PLEASE, contact us to asking for a time extend, DO NOT open dispute for this reason because the delivery is totally out of sellers control, it should be Post offices duty, neither Dispute is not going to help you to get the goods faster.
