FAQ

Q1: Once we use this unit if there is an over-voltage will it show the error what do we do to reset it?

A: When the output over-voltage the ports, the overload Protection Switch button will automatically pop out. You need to turn off the power switch button, then turn it on again, just do like this is ok.

Q2: Why does the battery lose power when not in use?

A:The unit may be in standby mode where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter could be using up to 50W. Remember to long-press the power button to turn the unit completely off. If the unit loses power when completely off, try recharging it to 100% and use it to 0% two or three times to calibrate the battery. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.

Q3: How long will the power my device?

A: Working time (estimation) = 992Wh* 0.8 / operating power of your device. (0.8=Conversion Rate). Please note that the actual working time may vary under different situations.

Q4: Why would the generator fan run on and off if it’s not in use or plugged into anything?

A: The station is Built-in Smart and Silent Cooling Fan, during charging of it, the fan will be automatically turned on when the unit is hotter to maintain the unit, when the temperature drops to a certain level, the fan will be turned off.

Q5: How to choose the solar panel?

A: Choose a suitable solar panel, DC7909 charging cable 12-30V/Max. We suggest our customers choose a 100W or 200W solar panel that can work better with it.

Q6: The equipment power is less than 1200 watts in the manual, but I can’t use a 1000watt power station. Is this a power station problem?

A: We suggest that if you encounter such a problem; first, you can restart the portable power station.

Notes - When the control buttons are turned on, even if no devices are being charged, there will still be a certain amount of no load power consumption. Therefore, it is recommended to turn off the control buttons after using them to avoid draining power. - If you feel that the battery drains fast when used for the first time, it is because the display information of the remaining power is inaccurate when the product is activated for the first time. The power remaining will automatically calibrate by discharging the battery to 1% and then recharging it to 100%.
